hey everyone, i know pilates is used to tone muscles instead of grow them, but i want to do both so im going to lift weights and do pilates
problem is, i dont know which order would be more effective, lift weights then pilates? or pilates then lift weights? on the same day? or switch from pilates and weightlifting day to day?
thanks for the help guys!

Pilates is great for stretching your muscles. I like to do a little after a workout because it helps me to be less sore the next day. Some like it before because it stretches muscles and helps to prevent injury. I suggest you try both and see what works best for you. It is also good to to it on a day that you are not working out just because it feels so good afterwords!
