What is the difference between Yoga and Pilates?

pilates would be better. Its more hard out lol
yoga is relaxing
They are two completely different kinds of forms of excercise.
Both work your body and stretch it, but with Yoga comes a spiritual aspect that you can accept or not. One thing about yoga is that you really should be more limber to do it as you end up in very strange positions and if you aren’t lose I think you could probably get hurt.
Pilates is a gentle way of excercising. You stretch and you get a good work out but you don’t end up straiining yourself like you do when you do aerobics. If you are startihg out for the first time for weight loss, I’d go with Pilates
