   I love my pilates aero, have used it now for four months, and lost 25 pounds and 18 inches over all.

   Hi

   You can purchase a Pilates ring (magic circle), resistance bands, yoga straps, a Swiss ball. If you want to purchase a Pilates reformer – the ones that really work well are very very expensive. Get a good one with springs not cords.
