I think it’s a good idea to treat ‘toning’ as a myth. Often it’s a mere euphemism for extremely low effort excersise, usually marketed at the older woman, which neither burns calories nor builds muscle. And even if it did build your abs, it’d only make your belly stick out more if you’re still over 20% fat! Only proper, brief, strenuous cardio will reveal ‘toned’ abs. The more leg and arm muscle you have will also determine the calories you burn whilst resting and sleeping, so its a better idea.
i do it everyday and it really help with dance and fitness. if you want to do even better at dance then you should look at bar work stretches and maybe even splitz.
is this the whole workout or just a sample?
let just do a lunge with one leg in the air…

Becareful with that, your neck shouldn’t be doing much work here. If you do, you risk injuries.
You could let your arm muscles take away some work from the neck muscles by holding your hands behind your head. In this movie she holds her arms straight but thats not very important. Just make sure you can feel it burn a bit in your gluteus muscles.
