Yoga, contrary to it gaining such attention in western pop culture, is a belief system. Through the focused attention of the body and mind one strives to attain higher and higher levels of consciousness with the ultimate goal of enlightenment. Yoga is NOT a fitness program although it has its physical benefits. Pilates is a series of exercises focused on increasing the bodies flexibility and strengthening of the core muscles. Pilates IS a fitness program.
Whats the real difference between pilates and yoga?? anybody knows. please educate me!

you missed the point completely mojomatt176 its about internal strength the foundation of all body based physical efforts you should combine pilates and running
why not just run a fucking mile and get your workout over with? lmao
