    Same here. It was at the ankle or underneath the knee around your thigh. They were very much against grabbing around the knee but they didn’t say why.

    thank you these are great,

    but am i only one who seems to get a pain in my neck in that position? every time i do any exercise to tone my abs i have to be in that position, and it’s always a strain on my neck rather than any other part of my body. :(
