If I were to run and do pilates every other day could I lose 10 pounds and tone?

Yes, you should be able to lose 10 pounds no problem like that. Make sure to eat properly too.

Any kind of physical activity will help to burn off calories,so my answer would have to yes as long as you are consuming less than 3500 calories,which equals one pound of body fat,the first five pounds that you lose are water,then you get down to the fat.Make sure to drink a ton of water as well and if you like green tea,this is very beneficial in losing weight.It contains a lot of antioxidants and it’s also a natural diuretic as well.Hope this helps you out,Tomb Raider.
