If i did a yoga-esk workout class, and i am sore, should i go to pilates the next day?

I went to a yoga/pilates/tia chi type class yesterday. I am sore today.
I have pilates tomorrow… should i go?

I dont know whether or not to rest more, or keep going.
Can i do more things to help and prevent it?

    Well no your body needs to heal unless u wanna rip those muscles. But if it is a class i have no idea what to say but talk to your teacher. Or just work out lightly.

    take a warm bath to relax you muscles and stretch as soon as you get out of the water. i think that might help. go to pilates but take it easy

    Yes, the best thing you can do for your body is stretch. But take it easy, dont push yourself. If you try to stretch where it hurts out, it will be good for you even though it might hurt at the time! This is what im told to do by my dance/arobics teachers :) .
