i have a workout video that seems mostly like it is toning, alot of arm weight exercises, lunges,leg, thigh, and **** work, pushups, crunches. i am determined to do that video 3 times per week like monday wedneaday and fridays. adding pilates on tuesday/thursday. is this a good workout to go about or am i doing everything wrong meaning wrong days.
