i have a workout video that seems mostly like it is toning, alot of arm weight exercises, lunges, leg, thigh, and **** work, pushups, crunches. i am determined to do that video 3 times per week like monday wedneaday and fridays. adding pilates on tuesday/thursday. is this a good workout to go about or am i doing everything wrong meaning wrong days.

Are you wanting to use the Pilates to increase flexibility between days? I would say that w/3 days per week of intensive cardio & resistance/weight training, w/the day off in between to rest those muscles for rebuilding them, you might want to focus on stretching & flexibility on the off-days, particularly of course yoga. If you love Pilates like I do but are concerned about not having sufficient rest days in between, maybe you could do your combo wkout followed by Pilates so you’ve really worked your arms Mon, then legs Wedn, etc.
