Melting calories became much simpler for me when I started experimenting with acai berry. I understand they say that pills won’t work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too. There is a free trial on currently at , try it out, why not?
When mcdonalds was giving out the excercise dvds with the salads, and you can collect all 4. But their was 1 good yoga tape, that i do everyday 4 about 30 minutes.
If you’ve never done yoga before, you should first try a “beginners” yoga dvd to learn the poses. I really like “Yoga: Gentle Vinyasa Flow” with Zyrka Landwijt. It includes a “Pose Guide” plus 6 different workouts of varying length and difficulty. This DVD is great for relaxation and stretching. If you’re more concerned about burning calories, try Kundalini yoga which is more aerobic. An excellent choice would be “Kundalini Yoga for Beginners” with Ana Brett.
