i am looking for some kind of yoga and pilates routine without any kind of weights or equipment, cause right now i don’t have any, but in the near future i will get some. i need a 5-7 day routine that is shows the best results and that will tone and slim quick. but i need something that is good for beginners, cause i do not exercise very often. please help.
